Who we are and what this covers
Viviflow is an AI studio for short series, with public viewing of published episodes, operated by Youkho Corp. In this policy, “Viviflow,” “we,” and “us” refer to Youkho Corp and the Viviflow services it operates.
This policy covers viviflow.studio, the signed-in workspace at viviflow.studio, supported mobile and desktop apps, subscriptions, support, and related account services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Viviflow, we may process your verified email address, account and profile information, series and episode projects, scripts, clips, character and location references, uploaded media, boards, notes, reminders, source material, and requests sent to AI features. We also process content you choose to publish or share, saved-series choices, comments, reports and blocking preferences, subscription status, and messages you send to support.
We also process limited technical and security information needed to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand whether important product flows work. We do not sell personal information.
Signed-in backup and restoration
Viviflow keeps a working copy on your device or browser. When you are signed in, eligible account-owned content may also synchronize to a private account-backed cloud partition so supported content can be restored on another supported device.
Device-only images, drawings, local file references, and unsupported attachments may be omitted or represented by a placeholder. Deleting local data does not by itself delete an account-backed copy; use account deletion when you want the account and its private sync partition removed.
AI features
When you ask Viviflow to create or edit a script, image, video, or voice, or to transcribe and work with selected material, we send the request and the relevant context needed for that feature to our processing service. This can include prompts, selected text, image and video inputs, audio, and character or location references. The service may use OpenAI, Runway, ElevenLabs, or another disclosed processing provider to produce the requested result.
We do not send your entire library with every request. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so review it before relying on it—especially for an important decision.
Accounts, authentication, and security
Google Firebase Authentication or Google Cloud Identity Platform processes sign-in, verification, account recovery, and related security information. We store the account identifier, verified contact information and state, linked installation identifiers, account status, and security records needed to operate the account.
Account and billing records are separated from content where practical. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Website and product measurement
The public site may use first-party, cookie-free measurement for page visits and important links. The signed-in workspace may use privacy-restricted product measurement only when allowed by the account and browser settings described in the product.
In supported mobile apps, signed-in adults can separately opt in to first-party viewing measurement in Settings. This is off by default on each device. After consent, we link the date of the account’s first mobile episode start and the app platform (iOS or Android) to the account identifier, so repeat starts do not inflate our viewer count. We also keep the consent version and date. This measurement does not include which episode was played, viewing history, prompts, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints, and is not sent to an advertising or product-analytics vendor. Google Cloud stores it for Viviflow. Turning the choice off removes this measurement from the account; account deletion also removes it. A removal that cannot complete is shown in the app so you can retry. Watching is not conditional on this choice.
We do not intentionally send board text, note text, prompts, generated content, email addresses, authentication tokens, or dynamic record identifiers to optional web analytics. Hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the service.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes App Store purchases and Stripe processes supported web purchases. The applicable provider handles payment credentials, receipts, subscription management, refund requests, and payment communications under its own policies.
Viviflow receives limited purchase and subscription information needed to verify access, restore access, prevent fraud, and support an account. We do not receive an Apple Account password or store a full payment-card number.
Service providers and disclosures
Providers help us operate Viviflow, including Google for account and cloud infrastructure, Apple and Stripe for billing, OpenAI, Runway, and ElevenLabs for requested AI processing, and providers for hosting, storage, email, security, and professional support.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your choices
Account-backed private content remains while the account needs it for synchronization unless you delete the content or account. We may retain limited transaction, tax, chargeback, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-compliance records when reasonably necessary.
- Delete local data: removes the copy on that device, not necessarily the signed-in backup.
- Delete your account: removes the account and private sync partition, subject to limited retained records.
- Manage sharing: make supported shared content private before deleting it or the account.
- Manage web billing: web account deletion cancels an active Stripe subscription so it will not renew, but it does not automatically create a refund.
- Manage Apple billing: an Apple subscription continues until you cancel it in your Apple Account.
Children and teen accounts
Viviflow is for people age 13 and older. People ages 13 through 17 need a parent or legal guardian’s permission where required. Teen accounts receive privacy-protective defaults, and a parent or guardian must authorize a paid purchase for a minor where required.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Viviflow and our practices change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
